Legs still hurt alot. Ytd intensive PT training from Joseph (to scare off any bball gays). 2.4 km + 4 sets of star jumps + 4 sets of pushups + running arnd the sch (1st floor to 5th). After these we did normal bball stuff like left n right layups. Blah blah after all these no more time le >< 6pm then, otherwise could ahve played some matches =]
