As usual, i woke up at 11 +. Lol
yishun gym -
Bench press: 1 x 8 x 40kg
squats : 1 x 8 x 50kg
1 x 8 x 52.5kg
2 x 8 x 55kg
leg curl: 1 x 8 x 80 pounds
2 x 8 x 90 pounds
1 x 8 x 100 pounds
calf raise (without body weight): 1 x 20 x 100kg
1 x 20 x 80kg
stupid sia, so crowded today. made me n jeremy wait for so long just to get to do our squats

ok putting gym aside, does anybody have any idea whether i'm running for X country? kindly inform me if u no!

i gotta do my bio grp ass cya!
